Initiation Phase
Arrange client briefing to define client objectives, scope, purpose and compile requirement profile.

Sourcing
Utilization of networking events, industry groups, association memberships, conferences and trade shows as a sourcing strategy, to assist us in effectively identifying and approaching prospective candidates.

Selection Phrase
Breakdown and development of our internal job description. Upon completion, we conduct the candidate’s interview to ensure the candidate’s experience aligns with the client’s requirements and culture.

Monitoring & Evaluate
PPG assigns a dedicated staff member to monitor the candidates progress and to ensure the client is getting their Return-On-Investment (ROI), by providing key insights into how the candidates are performing.

Closing Phase
At the end of the contract we debrief with the client to make sure that their need/s were met and obtain feedback on the candidate performance.
